Site Agent

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to support a marine civil engineering project involving complex sheet piling works. This is a fast-paced, site-based role requiring a hands-on professional who can take full responsibility for managing site operations and delivering works safely, on time, and to specification.

Site Agent Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations on marine and sheet piling works

* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure efficient delivery

* Ensure works are carried out in line with programme, specifications, and health & safety standards

* Coordinate with engineers, designers, and client representatives

* Monitor progress, produce reports, and manage site documentation

* Identify and mitigate risks, resolving technical and operational issues

Site Agent Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Agent on marine civils or sheet piling projects

* Strong understanding of temporary works, marine operations, and piling techniques

* SMSTS and valid CSCS card

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
