Senior Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

A long-established multidisciplinary construction consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. This Senior Project Manager will work across a secured pipeline of residential developments and education refurbishments, including school expansions and mid-rise housing schemes.

The Senior Project Manager will be joining a collaborative construction team known for long-term client relationships across the public and private sectors.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will act as Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator across multiple construction projects. You will lead client meetings, manage design teams, review programmes, and ensure delivery aligns with cost and quality expectations.

The Senior Project Manager

Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying or similar

Ideally MRICS or equivalent

5+ years construction consultancy experience

Experience across residential or education construction

Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC
