Commercial Manager – Roles and Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial management of planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts.
* Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
* Manage contract negotiations, variations, and risk across multiple schemes.
* Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
Commercial Manager – Requirements
* Proven experience in a commercial management role within planned maintenance or refurbishment projects.
* Strong knowledge of cost management, contract law, and financial processes.
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
