This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality surveying services, driving business growth, and strengthening client relationships across the region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Building Surveying division, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining the firm’s reputation for delivering expert property advice.

Dilapidations advice

Ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standardsStrategic Input
Contribute to regional and national business strategy
Support cross-disciplinary collaboration within the firm
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Key Requirements
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent)
Significant experience in a senior or leadership role within building surveying
Demonstrable ability to win new business and generate revenue through proactive client engagement
Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of surveying services
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability
