A leading and rapidly growing MEP contractor is looking to appoint a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to support a strong pipeline of secured work across London.
This is a key hire within the commercial team, suited to someone who is confident running multiple projects, commercially sharp, and comfortable being a strong presence on site.

Commercial management of multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account
Cost planning, procurement, and package buyout
Subcontractor management, valuations, variations, and payments
Preparation and agreement of final accounts
Contract administration (JCT preferred)
Regular reporting and forecasting across projects
Working closely with project teams and senior management
Acting as a visible and proactive commercial presence on site
Supporting and mentoring junior QS / commercial staff Experience Required
Proven background as a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
Experience delivering mixed-use, commercial and residential projects
Track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of MEP packages (Mechanical & Electrical)
Experience with subcontract procurement and commercial control
Strong understanding of JCT contracts
Confident communicator, capable of leading commercially on projects
Comfortable mentoring and developing junior team members Ideal for someone looking to step into a role with more responsibility, visibility, and influence, within a business that is growing and investing in its commercial team.
