Remuneration: £35,000 – £55,000neg

The role of the Designer – Residential & Commercial Joinery will involve:

* Designer position delivering high-end bespoke joinery projects including; kitchens, bedrooms, cabinets and doors, across both residential and commercial sectors

* Producing clear detailed drawings using Cabinet Vision

* Liaise with clients to interpret and refine their design vision into practical, technical joinery solutions

* Oversee design, coordinate materials and production details, and ensure installation requirements are fully considered from the outset

* Liaising with the client to obtain and further information that is required

* Liaise with procurement, project and workshop teams regarding any long lead time materials

* Create CNC ready files for production

* Working on projects ranging in value from £20k – £500k

The ideal applicant will be a Designer – Residential & Commercial Joinery with:

* Must have experience utilising Cabinet Vision software

* Ideally a Designer within the joinery sector although would be open to a draughtsperson, co-ordinator, technician, engineer or related within the interiors market

* Must have the ability to read and understand technical drawings

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* High levels of attention to detail

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic
