Quantity Surveyor – Highways / NEC

Cardiff or Bridgend

£50-60K (flexible)

This is a good move for a QS who wants more responsibility and a route into a senior role. The

team is growing, and they're looking for someone with NEC experience who wants broader exposure and a bit more pace than the usual long‑running frameworks.

You'd be working closely with a Senior QS/Commercial Manager and gradually taking on more commercial ownership across highways and civils work.

What you'll be doing

Supporting CVRs, reporting and forecasting
Managing NEC processes day‑to‑day
Working with site teams to track progress, change and risk
Subcontract procurement and management
Final accounts and commercial close‑outWhat they're looking for

NEC experience (any civils/utilities background considered)
Someone organised, steady, and able to manage their own workload
