Mechanical Contracts Manager

We’re currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our client, delivering multiple residential and commercial projects across the North West.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role from pre-construction through to handover.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing projects from pre-construction to completion
• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Overseeing program, cost, and quality
• Building strong relationships with clients and consultants

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong background in residential/apartment projects
• Commercially aware with the ability to run projects effectively
• Organized, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
