Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading construction organisation are now looking for a commercially confident Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join their Infrastructure and Aviation team at London Heathrow.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be leading on a myriad of projects, ranging across values of £1.5M – £100M.

Hybrid and flexibility for the Senior Quantity Surveyor is offered.

Working directly for the construction firm, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on NEC forms of contract, within large scale Infrastructure, Property and Aviation related projects across Heathrow airport.

You will be supported by the Director of this team, and will be given the opportunity to lead and run your own projects, starting with Infrastructure schemes.

Hybrid is offered.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

5+ years working for a Construction organisation
NEC contract experience
Airports, Civils, Property, Water sector knowledge
Comfortable in front of clients
Enthusiasm to maintain and win relationships
BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management In return for the Senior Quantity Surveyor

£75,000 – £85,000
Company bonus (10-15%)
27 days annual leave
