Site Manager – Leatherhead, Surrey – Industrial Warehouse Refurbishment – Starting Wed 01/04 for 5 weeks completing all finishing works including cladding/flooring etc

Our client are a leading contractor with sites in and around the South East, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage an Industrial Project in Leatherhead.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Ordering of Labour

Ordering of Materials

*

Identify and resolve any issues with the project

*

To be a point of contact for our client.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

MUST ahve previous warehouse/industrial refurb/fitout experience

*

Strong work ethic

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Asbestos Awareness

*

Fire Marshal/Warden
