Junior Site Engineer

We are currently looking for a Junior Site Engineer to be based in Rayleigh, Essex. This is an office-based role with a strong focus on documentation, planning, and coordination, supporting ongoing projects. This role would suit someone with a water drainage, pump systems, or pipework experience, who is looking to progress their career within a growing business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Preparation and management of labour plans and schedules
* Completion of handover documentation and project records
* Supporting project delivery teams with documentation and coordination
* Ensuring all records and paperwork are accurate and up to date
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience within civil engineering / utilities / pipework / pump systems (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
