Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager required for new build Council / Social Housing residential schemes, working direct for the contractor on behalf of the client, Local Authority.

Experience required for this role:

Full life cycle experience of managing the commencment of the site from welfare to earth to handover is ESSENTIAL

New build residential, experience of managing these trades is essential:

Brickwork External Skin

SFS/ Blockwork Inner Skin

Stud walls internally

Plastered

Carpet/Vinyl

MVHR

Typical Electrical Installations
