Temporary Site Manager

Fawkes and Reece are working with a client seeking a Temporary Site Manager for a re-roofing project on a live school site in Cardiff.

Duration: Approx. 8 weeks
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Rate: £270 – £280 per day

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure the project runs smoothly
• Manage health and safety on a live school site
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met

Requirements:
• SMSTS qualification
• Enhanced DBS check
• First Aid at Work certificate
• Previous experience as a Site Manager, preferably in roofing or construction projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on live sites

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for a short-term project with a reputable client.
