This role would suit a Chartered Surveyor or professionally qualified individual (MCIOB, MRICS, MCABE) looking to develop their career within a supportive, tight-knit environment with strong leadership and clear progression opportunities.

The Role You will be involved in a full range of building surveying services, working across both project and professional instructions, including:

Delivery of commercial and residential projects
Condition surveys, reports, and inspections
Project management and contract administration
Dilapidations and general professional work
