€75,000 – €80,000 DOE + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Living Allowance

A leading international contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a major data centre project in Frankfurt.
This is a key commercial role at project level, supporting cost management and financial control across a large-scale, fast-paced mission-critical build. You will work closely with the commercial and project teams to ensure effective cost reporting, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the project is delivered within budget while maintaining strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing all commercial aspects of the project
• Prepare and review cost reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Manage subcontractor procurement, packages, and accounts
• Review and process subcontractor applications and valuations
• Support contract administration and change management processes
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
• Assist with cost value reconciliation (CVR) and reporting
• Liaise with project teams to ensure cost control is maintained
• Support preparation of final accounts and project close-out
• Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial procedures
Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor
• Strong understanding of cost control and commercial management
• Experience on large-scale construction projects
• Good knowledge of contract forms and procurement processes
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Desirable
• Experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
• Previous experience working in Europe or on rotation
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract forms
