Site Manager – Hemel
The RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple planned works projects within occupied properties. These works include:
Kitchen & Bathroom replacements
Window & Door installations
Aids & Adaptations (DDA works)You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple workstreams
Managing subcontractors and direct labour
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
Monitoring programme delivery and reporting progress
Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams
Managing quality control and inspections
Resolving on-site issues efficiently and professionallyRequirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing or planned maintenance
Strong knowledge of kitchen & bathroom programmes and/or external works (windows & doors)
Experience delivering works in occupied properties
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationWhat’s on Offer
