Fire Door Surveyor

Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for a Fire Door Surveyor to work across sites in London on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key requirements:

* Proven experience in Fire Door Surveying

* Valid CSCS Card

* Experience using OneTrace (or similar systems) for surveying and reporting (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of fire door compliance standards and regulations

* Own tools & PPE

Job Spec:

* Conducting detailed fire door surveys across residential and/or commercial properties.

* Recording and reporting findings accurately using systems such as OneTrace.

* Identifying defects and non-compliance issues in line with current fire safety regulations.

* Providing clear recommendations for remedial works.

* Ensuring all surveys are completed in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
