Site Manager – High End Office Fit Out

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a prestigious high-end office fit-out project based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a premium client on a flagship commercial space, delivering exceptional quality in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will be working closely with subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to maintain quality and drive progress throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all on-site activities for a high-spec office fit-out

* Coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics

* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations

* Maintain quality control in line with premium client expectations

* Monitor programme and report progress to senior management

* Resolve site issues efficiently to keep the project on track

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing high-end commercial or office fit-out projects

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential

* Ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines without compromising quality

* Experience working with high-profile or premium clients preferred
