Project Manager – Facades

We’re working with a well-established contractor delivering a range of facade packages across Central Scotland, and they’re looking to appoint a Project Manager to support their growing pipeline of work.

🏗️ The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple facade packages, with a focus on aluminium curtain walling systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

Typical duties will include:

* Managing projects through to completion

* Coordinating design, procurement, and installation teams

* Liaising with main contractors, consultants, and clients

* Overseeing programme, cost control, and quality standards

* Managing site teams and subcontractors

* Ensuring full compliance with H&S and industry regulations

🔧 What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Project Manager ideally within facades / curtain walling or main contracting

* Understanding of aluminium systems and installation processes

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme delivery

* Good commercial awareness and reporting capability
