We are working with a well-established main contractor based in South Woodford, specialising exclusively in public sector projects. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects. This is an office-based role with regular site visits, so candidates must live within a one-hour commute of South Woodford.
The Role:
* Managing multiple public sector projects simultaneously
* Overseeing contracts from pre-construction through to completion
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
* Trades background (essential)
* Experience working for a main contractor (essential)
* Proven track record in a Contracts Manager role
* Experience delivering public sector projects
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
