Freelance Site Manager

We are currently working with a highly regarded residential developer who is on an exciting growth trajectory, and as a result, they are looking to appoint a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their expanding team.

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry through to completion. You will be based on-site, representing the developer and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Our client is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

* Air cabin crew / air hostess roles

* Car sales

* Estate agency

* Retail sales

* Blue light services (police, fire, ambulance, military, etc.)

The key attributes they are seeking are strong communication skills, a professional approach, and a genuine passion for customer service and sales.

Training & Development

No prior experience in new homes sales is required. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support to ensure you succeed in the role.
