Electrical Contracts Manager

* Site Supervision & Safety: Ensure compliance with BS7671 (18th Edition) wiring regulations, health and safety standards (RAMS), and site audits.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage site staff, electrical technicians, and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and high-quality work.
* Commercial & Financial Control: Responsible for project budgets, cost control, procurement of materials, variation management, and achieving final account agreement.
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for supermarket clients, managing expectations, attending progress meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction.
