Associate Building Surveyor role offering £70,000 – £85,000 plus performance bonus on a Permanent Full-time basis. This position focuses on establishing and leading a commercial Building Surveying service line across office retail and industrial sectors.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Lead and grow a commercial Building Surveying division

* Develop and execute business plans targeting commercial clients

* Manage client relationships and generate new work

* Oversee project delivery and commercial performance

* Integrate new service lines into the wider business

✅ Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* MRICS qualified

* Strong post-qualification experience

* Proven track record in commercial sector delivery and work winning

* Experience across office retail and industrial assets
