Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Graduate Commercial Assistant
Location: Near West Dulwich, South London
Salary: Circa £28,000

A well-established medium-sized construction company based near West Dulwich is looking to recruit a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Graduate in Commercial Management to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career with a supportive business offering hands-on exposure across a range of construction projects.

The Role
The successful candidate will support the commercial team with a variety of duties, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial management. Responsibilities may include:

* Assisting with cost planning and budgeting

* Supporting the preparation of valuations and final accounts

* Helping to manage subcontractor packages and payments

* Assisting with procurement and tender processes

* Monitoring project costs and reporting on commercial performance

* Working closely with project and site teams

Candidate Requirements

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Good communication and organisational ability

* Eagerness to develop a long-term career in the construction industry

* Any previous experience in construction, whether through work placements, internships, part-time work or similar, would be beneficial
