Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of a modular construction project within a live healthcare environment. This role requires a strong and proactive leader, ideally with experience in modular construction, who can manage site operations effectively while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality in a sensitive setting.

Key Responsibilities Site Management & Coordination
Oversee day-to-day site operations for the installation of modular units
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery schedules to maintain programme timelines
Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks, ensuring clear communication and task allocation
Ensure all works are completed in line with technical specifications and quality standards Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce strict health and safety procedures in line with CDM regulations and company policies
Carry out regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident reporting
Maintain site security, access control, and safe separation from operational and public areas Stakeholder & Client Communication
Provide regular progress updates and attend coordination meetings
Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to resolve site issues
Liaise with client representatives during site visits and maintain professional communication Quality Control & Documentation
Oversee installation quality and commissioning processes
Manage site documentation including RAMS, daily records, permits, and inspections
Ensure all snagging and handover documentation is completed to required standards Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within modular or fast-track construction
Experience working on complex, live operational sites
Strong understanding of modular installation, crane operations, and logistics planning
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a high-sensitivity environment
Competent in interpreting drawings, managing quality, and working to programme deadlines Qualifications
SMSTS – Essential
CSCS Manager’s Card – Essential
First Aid at Work – Essential
NEBOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification – Desirable
Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
