About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-profile office refurbishments in central London. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects across multiple sites, delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT A+ refurbishments for prestigious office buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Full site management and delivery of projects within programme, budget, and quality requirements.
Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Oversee construction works including common areas, reception, toilets, and end-of-trip (EOT) facilities.
Manage project timelines, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management and clients.

Key Projects

Large City Office Refurbishment – Central London

Rolling CAT A refurbishment across 14 floors, totalling 145,361 sqft.
Works include common parts, EOT facilities, reception, and toilets.
Project value: ~£40 million, duration: 110 weeks.Mayfair Office Refurbishment – West London

Rolling refurbishment of 5 of 9 floors, CAT A+ & CAT A.
Includes common areas, EOT, and reception upgrades.
Project value: ~£12-15 million.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on office refurbishment projects of £10M+.
Strong knowledge of CAT A/CAT A+ fit-outs and London office construction standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
