We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You can either be a fully fledged Senior Quantity Surveyor or someone who heads up a team who is ready for their next step up the ladder

A national Main contractor based in the Midlands with an annual turnover of circa £100 million are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on site and head office.

Responsibilities

Experience of managing refurbishment residential background

Managing a team of 7-10

Taking full commercial and contractual control on site.

Client Facing

Sub-contract procurement

Attending client meetings

Pricing and agreeing variations

Interim Payments

Settling the final account

Sites based within the East Midlands and Head Office
