Proposals Manager – 12‑Month FTC

Are you an experienced proposals or bid professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a confident Proposals Manager to lead the development of compelling, high‑quality bid submissions across a range of sectors and markets.

In this role, you’ll act as the quality lead on major opportunities, managing bid writers and SMEs, shaping persuasive response structures, facilitating answer‑planning workshops, and ensuring all submissions are clear, compliant and strategically aligned. You’ll also champion best practice, support knowledge management, and use AI‑enabled tools to drive smarter, more efficient bidding.

What you’ll bring:

* 5 years + of experience in proposals management and bid writing (highways and rail experience is a plus)

* Excellent communication and writing skills

* Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content

* A proactive, organised approach and confidence working to tight deadlines
