Electrical Engineer – Data Centre – Amsterdam

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced HSE Lead to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

* Drive Project Delivery

Take ownership of electrical package delivery, steering installations from early-stage execution through to final handover, ensuring top-tier quality, programme adherence, and high-performance outcomes.

* Orchestrate Coordination & Integration

Champion collaboration across MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams, proactively eliminating clashes and accelerating progress on complex, fast-paced data centre builds.

* Command Subcontractor Performance

Lead and manage electrical subcontractors and supply chain partners on-site, setting expectations, driving productivity, and ensuring exceptional safety and quality standards are consistently achieved.

* Power Testing & Commissioning

Play a key role in energisation and commissioning phases, overseeing system readiness, validating installations, and helping bring critical infrastructure online.

* Elevate Technical Control & Reporting

Own and manage RFIs, technical submittals, and reporting processes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and full alignment with project controls and client expectations.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background

Must have 4+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)

Must have EU Passport or RTW in the Netherlands

Benefits

€75,000 – €85,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, Overseas allowance
