Start Date: 11th May (with preferred start 2 weeks prior)

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 26-week project at Lancaster. The works include M&E installation and suspended ceilings, with a strong focus on high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project runs safely, on time, and within budget

* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, particularly M&E and ceiling installation teams

* Ensure all works are carried out to the required quality and finishing standards

* Maintain site health & safety compliance and documentation

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

* Monitor progress and report on programme milestones

* Conduct site inspections and ensure snagging/finishing is completed to a high standard

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects

* Strong background in M&E installations and finishing works

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate effectively on site

Qualifications (Essential)

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* Valid First Aid certification

Additional Information

* Preferably available to start 2 weeks prior to project commencement for mobilisation and planning

* Experience working on university or live environments is advantageous
