We are working in partnership with a leading, fast-growing consultancy as they continue to expand their Building Surveying team. With a strong national presence and ambitious growth plans this is an exciting opportunity to join a construction consultancy firm at a key stage of their development.

The Role
They are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join an established and growing London team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients across the Southern region.

This role offers a balanced workload across both project and professional services:

Delivering a wide range of project work, including refurbishments, fit-outs, and capital works programmes
Undertaking professional instructions such as condition surveys, technical due diligence, and general advisory services
Working across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, commercial, healthcare, heritage and more, supporting a broad client baseKey Responsibilities of the Senior Chartered Building Surveyor:

Lead and deliver building surveying projects from inception through to completion
Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis, and prepare detailed reports
Manage refurbishment and fit-out schemes, including contract administration duties
Provide professional advice to clients on building-related matters
Support with technical due diligence and asset management instructions
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with internal multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
