Senior Building Inspector

We are working with a fantastic Building Control team for a London Borough who are looking to bring on a Senior Building Inspector to join the team.

Acting in a senior capacity, this is a crutial role within the organisation providing a range of professional services.

You will be carrying out site inspections, handling validations, spearheading complex building regulation applications.

You will:

* bring relevant experience in the delivery and supervision of building control services.

* demonstrate a thorough understanding of buildings within the scope of the Building Safety Regulator.

* be registered with the Building Safety Regulator at minimum Class 2F.

* be educated to degree level in a relevant subject.

* be a member of a relevant professional body such as RICS, ABE, CABE, or CIOB.

* have excellent understanding of building regulations and processes alongside your ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical information.

* implement change and improvement processes, motivating others, and consistently producing high-quality work under pressure.
