We are currently recruiting for an experienced Façades Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality construction projects in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of façade packages on major developments on a contract basis.
The Role
As Façades Site Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of façade works on site, ensuring all works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site façade activities including cladding, curtain walling, glazing, and rainscreen systems
*
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements
*
Oversee health & safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture on site
*
Carry out regular inspections and quality assurance checks
*
Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, and design teams
*
Manage sequencing, logistics, and materials for façade installation
*
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager specialising in façades
*
Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and installation methods
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
*
Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
High attention to detail with a proactive approach
