What the Role Involves:

Oversee and manage retrofit coordination across a variety of projects.
Ensure compliance with PAS2035:2019 and industry standards.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Support, guide, and mentor a team of Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, and Designers.
Promote best practices and innovation across the retrofit sector.

What They are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Retrofit Coordinator, ideally with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of PAS2035 and the retrofit process.
Ideally proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A responsible, proactive, and solutions-driven approach.
