Site Manager – Multiple Positions Available
Location: West London (Kensington, Chelsea & Brent areas)

A leading facilities and property services provider is seeking two experienced Site Managers to oversee operations across multiple residential properties in West London.

The RoleYou will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations across several live projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Acting as a key link between site teams and the wider project function, you will play a crucial role in maintaining programme delivery and quality.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple workstreams, and is committed to maintaining excellent site standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple sites
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on programme
Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards
Interpret project drawings and technical informationTypical Works
Window and door installations
Roof replacements and repairs
Scaffolding works
Internal and external decorations
External brickwork repairs
