Job Overview:

We are looking for an Experienced Project Planner to support the successful delivery of construction projects from our Stirling office. The successful Project Planner will play a key role in developing, managing, and maintaining project programmes across multiple live sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed construction programmes using industry-standard planning software

Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate sequencing and scheduling of works

Monitor progress and provide regular updates on programme performance

Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies

Liaise with site teams and senior stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Project Planner within the construction sector

Strong knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Asta Powerproject

Excellent analytical and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
