About the Role
This is a working Site Manager position requiring both supervision and hands-on capability across multiple construction and maintenance disciplines within residential properties, including HMOs and managed assets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day site operations across refurbishment and maintenance projects
* Working hands-on where required to support programme delivery
* Coordinating trades and specialist subcontractors
* Ensuring works meet quality, safety and compliance standards
* Overseeing property improvement and repair works
* Organising materials, deliveries and site logistics
* Monitoring progress and reporting updates to management
* Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
* Managing snagging and completion works
* Supporting inspections and property handovers
* Maintaining safe and organised working environments
* Liaising with property management teams and tenants where required
Applicants must have a minimum of five years’ experience operating as a Site Manager with strong multi-trade knowledge at a high practical level. A valid White or Black CSCS card is required alongside a full UK driving licence with no penalty points.
