Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong background in construction? Looking to play a key role on a flagship project for a leading main contractor? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable business and make a real impact on a major scheme. 

The Role

As Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest health, safety, and wellbeing standards across a high‑profile construction project. You’ll work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and site teams to drive best practice and ensure compliance throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site Health & Safety support and guidance
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Promote a positive safety culture across all site activities
Support incident investigations and produce reports
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and company policies
Deliver toolbox talks, H&S briefings, and training sessions

About You

Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within construction (essential)
NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) or equivalent
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
Experience working for a main contractor is highly advantageous
