Mechanical Manager

Mechanical Manager required. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial fit-out projects across London, with project values ranging from £100k to £1.5m. This is a dynamic role suited to someone comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Mechanical Manager Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee mechanical installations on commercial fit-out projects from start to completion

* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site, ensuring works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget

* Plan, programme, and sequence works across multiple live projects

* Health & Safety

* Quality checks

* Liaise with clients and main contractors

* Manage site documentation, including RAMS, progress reports, and handover packs

Our client is looking to pay £75k – £85k per or £320 – £380 per day
