Mechanical Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager required. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects across London, with values ranging from £100k to £1.5m. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on managing subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget.

Mechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple mechanical fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors

* Develop and maintain project programmes

* Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations

* Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and reporting

Our client is looking to pay £75k – £85k on a permanent basis or £330 – £380 per day on a daily rate
