Conrad Consulting is proud to be supporting a leading construction and property consultancy in their search for a confident and capable Project Manager to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong experience in fit‑out, relocations and refurbishment projects to take ownership of key project delivery responsibilities.

The Role

You’ll be stepping into a hands‑on, delivery‑focused position where independence and initiative are essential. Working across a range of workplace and commercial environments, you will be responsible for driving project administration and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, contractors and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking the lead, maintaining structure and clarity, and ensuring projects progress efficiently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day project administration and documentation

Lead on agendas, meeting minutes and action logs

Oversee change control processes and maintain accurate project records

Support contract administration and ensure compliance with project procedures

Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to maintain project momentum

Contribute to high‑quality delivery across fit‑out, relocation and refurbishment schemes

About You

Experience delivering fit‑out, refurbishment or relocation projects

Confident, organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently

Strong communicator who can bring clarity and structure to project teams

Comfortable managing documentation, processes and contract administration

Professional, detail‑driven and committed to high‑quality delivery
