Associate Quantity Surveyor – Key Responsibilities

Lead cost management across a range of residential, hotel, and PBSA projects

Deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services from feasibility through to final account

Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation processes

Provide commercial leadership and manage stakeholder relationships

Support junior QSs and help develop in-house talent

Contribute to business development, client retention, and strategic growth

Associate Quantity Surveyor – Candidate Profile

6+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role

MRICS qualified, or equivalent expertise

Strong background in the living sector (residential, hotels, PBSA, senior living)

In-depth understanding of JCT and NEC contracts

Commercially driven, proactive, and confident in managing complex projects

Skilled communicator with leadership potential

What's on Offer
