An independent construction and sustainability consultancy is seeking a professional MRICS Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their diverse London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside the Cost Management Director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily work across a wide range of commercial projects, including office and industrial schemes.

The team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable delivering projects from inception through to completion, with experience in cost planning, estimating, measurement, and contract administration, both pre and post contract services.

The Quantity Surveyor

MRICS
Cost Consultancy / PQS experience
5 or more years Quantity Surveying experience
Pre and post contract experience
Commercial project experience would be ideal
Client facing / team focused
A proven track record of delivering projects independentlyIn Return?

£60,000 – £70,000
