Project Quantity Surveyor

PQS Required – Multi Disciplinary Contractor – New Manchester Region – Up to £60K + Package

I’m currently supporting a really exciting opportunity with a £50 Million Turnover Contractor who work across Education, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial and Cladding Remediation sectors.

The Company
Due to their 200% Growth in the last 12 months they have opened a new division in Manchester and are looking for motivated individuals to receive genuine fast track progression within a new exciting office/area for the business. You will receive full exposure to Main Contracting with the initial project being Residential Cladding.

The Opportunity
They’re now looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to play a key role in their Manchester expansion, working on a range of projects typically across the £5m–£15m range. This is a great opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, where you can genuinely have an impact and progress with the company.

The role will involve full commercial management of projects, working closely with operational teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful delivery from pre-construction through to final account.
