Project Manager – Civil / Structural Projects
Location: Cardiff and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance / EV Option + Benefits

We are working with a growing infrastructure and engineering contractor delivering a range of civil and structural projects across South Wales. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery from start to finish.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable operating on-site, managing multiple stakeholders, and taking full responsibility for project performance.

The Role

Manage the full lifecycle of civil and structural projects
Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and direct labour
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards
Lead client meetings and maintain strong working relationships
Manage health & safety, RAMS, and site compliance
Monitor progress, report on KPIs, and manage project risks

Requirements

Proven experience delivering civil and/or structural projects
Strong site-based project management background
SMSTS (essential)
NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent experience)
Solid understanding of construction regulations and health & safety
Strong organisational and communication skills
