Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering commercial projects within the construction or modular industry? Our client, a growing and well-established business, is expanding due to a significant increase in workload. They are now seeking a confident and commercially aware Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects, delivering a seamless pre- and after-sales service to clients across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation where you will play a key role in managing multiple projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of installation projects nationwide, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing multiple installation projects across the UK

* Conducting site visits as required to monitor progress and quality

* Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation on site

* Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

* Leading regular progress meetings, addressing delays, risks, and solutions

* Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors

* Monitoring project costs and producing regular financial and progress reports

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

* Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the construction or modular sector

* Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience

* Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)

* A relevant qualification in construction, civil engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)

* The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and build strong client relationships
