Assistant Site Manager / Site Manager – Leading National Housebuilder

📍 Locations: Shoreham, West Sussex & Godalming, Surrey
💰 Salary: Up to £70k + car allowance, bonus & excellent benefits

Arise Recruit is working with a leading housebuilder, known for delivering high-quality homes and creating well-designed communities across the South East. With a strong pipeline of new sites launching and some large sites up and running, we are looking to appoint Site Managers at different levels – both Assistant Site Managers and Site Managers – to join their growing production teams.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, stable, and successful developer at an exciting period of expansion. The business has multiple new developments due to commence, offering both immediate site leadership roles and longer-term progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site operations from groundworks through to handover.

*

Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient progress and adherence to programme.

*

Maintain site health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.

*

Ensure homes are completed to NHBC and company quality standards.

*

Support and mentor junior team members (for Senior/lead roles).

*

Build positive working relationships with technical, commercial, and customer care teams.

What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated long-term, stable employment histories with other major housebuilders and can show a strong record of delivery and progression.

You’ll bring:

Proven experience delivering volume residential developments.

*

Strong technical knowledge of new build housing.

*

A focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.

*

Ambition to grow within a structured, supportive PLC environment.
