About the Role
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading construction contractor delivering large-scale projects across Cornwall.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven site leader to take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role from pre-construction through to final handover, driving programme and performance on site.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, quality, and safety targets are met

* Oversee subcontractors, trades, and direct labour

* Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to

* Coordinate site teams

* Chair site meetings and client and progress meetings

* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the SMT

* Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and regulations

* Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Experience & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager on contracting / apartment schemes

* Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, including reinforced concrete (RC) structures

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver to tight programmes

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid will be required

Offering a competitive salary (dependent on experience), car allowance, death in service and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
