Resident Liaison Officer (Customer / Tenant Liaison)
Liverpool – Hybrid / Flexible Working
£180 – £220 per day (DOE)
8-Month Contract | Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a client liaison, admin, or customer-facing background to join a contractor specialising in cladding replacement projects.

Do you have strong communication skills? Are you confident organising multiple people? Are you comfortable using Excel?

This company delivers cladding replacement works within live properties, and with a new project starting in Liverpool, they're looking for a Residential Liaison Officer to start ASAP. You will work closely with residents and project construction teams, providing updates on project progress, organising property access, and offering support, guidance, and advice as needed.

You will be required in Liverpool 1-2 times per week, with the remainder of the role completed remotely. This is a highly flexible position, giving you autonomy to ensure the role is completed to a high standard.

The Role:
* Liaise between residents and construction teams
* Support Project and Marketing Managers with general duties and administrative tasks
* Provide project progress updates and offer resident support, guidance, and advice
* Hybrid working – willing to travel to central Liverpool 1-2 times per week

The Person:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders
* Able to work effectively in a busy environment
* Strong IT skills, including Excel
