We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading construction team delivering innovative fit out and refurbishment projects for Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and secure facilities across the UK. If you are a hands-on Project Manager with strong technical expertise, a passion for problem-solving, and a drive to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-value MOJ and secure facilities projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and successful completion. You will work closely with clients, on-site teams, and subcontractors, maintaining excellent communication and client satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project delivery from inception to completion, including briefs, schedules, and budgets.
Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and installation quality on secure facilities projects.
Monitor project budgets, track variations, and approve progress claims.
Act as the main client contact, providing clear and regular updates to MOJ stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments, implement RAMS, and ensure strict health and safety compliance.
Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and snagging lists.
Mentor and support team members and provide cover for the Project Director as required.Ideal Candidate

Proven experience delivering MOJ, prison, or secure facility fit out and refurbishment projects.
Strong technical knowledge of fit out and refurbishment processes.
Skilled in project planning, team management, and client engagement.
Willingness to travel nationwide to project sites as required.What We Offer
